What you’ll do

Role purpose:

Identifying, analyzing, and documenting requirements to enable the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional squads, product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure that business value is clearly defined and delivered effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform requirements gathering & analysis Elicit and document business and technical requirements. Identifying potential gaps in submitted product documents and collaborating with POs to resolve;
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives and solutions;
  • Identify and assess opportunities for process enhancements, operational efficiencies, and automation;
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborating with developers, and testers to translate requirements into viable user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Support decision-making with data analysis on performance metrics, and reporting insights;
  • % of successful demand delivery against commitment;
  • Reduce rework and/or project cost(s) through quality business analysis;
  • Ensure proper usage of all tools and processes from all key stakeholders contributing for efficient controls.


What we are looking in you:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role;
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) is an advantage;
  • Understanding of telecom systems and system architecture concepts;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities;
  • Strong understanding of user needs and ability to translate them into value-adding solutions;
  • Planning skills, team player, confident, Self-driven towards achieving goals;
  • Ability to write and speak in fluently English and Portugues;
  • GSM Knowledge (desirable); · Project Management experience (desirable);
