About this Role

The Customer Data Hub provides a 360-degree customer view used by both legacy and new solutions, integrating via APIs with multiple customer-facing frontends and processes. For this role, a good understanding of data, databases and system integration is important.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse business demands and translate them into clear, structured requirements and solution proposals.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, understand, challenge and validate requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business, delivery teams and technical stakeholders, bringing both product understanding and technical awareness.
  • Support the creation and refinement of the Requirements Definition Document and ensure requirements are reflected clearly in the delivery backlog.
  • Help clarify the “why”, “how” and “when” behind new implementations, so that business needs, technical constraints and delivery priorities are aligned.
  • Own and maintain the documentation process in Confluence as the single source of truth, ensuring that changes, decisions, dependencies and outcomes are properly captured and communicated.
  • Support backlog refinement and ensure JIRA tickets contain the right level of business and technical detail.Analyse customer data flows across multiple systems, query databases when needed, and support the mapping of customer information coming from different sources.

Who you are

  • Solid SQL experience, with the ability to query and analyse data across different sources.
  • Good Oracle database knowledge.Understanding and use of data mapping, data modelling and customer data structures.
  • Experience with backlog and documentation tools, especially JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience in business and systems analysis within a large digital or enterprise environment.Ability to understand APIs, integrations and data flows at a functional level.
