About this Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the end-to-end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade digital products within Architecture & Platform Engineering. Based in Bucharest and reporting to the Software Development Team Lead, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping high-quality solutions that deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting defined business outcomes across UCC, IoT, Cloud, and Security domains.

What you will do

  • Collect, analyse, and formalise business requirements related to the development or modification of software systems.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, validation, and presentation activities with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Service Designers, and Solution Architects to define and agree on functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyse, plan, and monitor implementation activities in line with agreed specifications and traceability matrices.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate end-to-end traceability, ensuring compliance with agreed business requirements and identifying risks with appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Support the design, execution, and validation of user and technical acceptance tests, ensuring user stories meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business analysis processes, tools, and ways of working.

Who you are

  • Experienced in business and systems analysis within large-scale digital or enterprise environments.
  • Confident in defining and refining user stories, managing backlogs, and working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.
  • Knowledgeable in web-scale software development, system architecture fundamentals, and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Skilled in acceptance test design, execution, and validation, with a strong focus on quality outcomes.
  • Comfortable using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ARIS, and Business Process Frameworks.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.
  • Customer-focused, data-driven, and motivated by delivering measurable business value.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Brings at least two years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role across full product lifecycles, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe.
  • Familiar with ITIL and ISEB practices.
