Role Purpose / Business Unit

We are seeking analytical, innovative, and detail‑oriented professionals to join our dynamic Technology and Digital team. Are you passionate about transforming business needs into smart, scalable, and efficient solutions?


The purpose of this role is to conduct detailed business analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support solution design and post‑implementation validation. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery of business value.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Develop detailed business analyses identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions for business demands.
• Plan, monitor, and manage the end‑to‑end business analysis lifecycle.
• Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
• Organize requirements logically and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into simplified, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Oversee requirements management, documentation, versioning, and communication.
• Conduct in‑depth requirements analysis to support decision‑making.
• Drive and lead the design of solution specifications in collaboration with technical experts.
• Conduct solution reviews and validate solution performance post‑implementation

Job Experience

A minimum of 2 years of Business Analysis experience is essential, including:
• 2 years of direct Business Analysis experience (Essential)
• Experience as a Project Manager, Team Leader, or General Manager (Desirable)
• 1 year working in a technical IT and/or Engineering environment (Essential)
• 1 year experience in Business Intelligence or Reporting (Desirable)
