What you’ll do

  • Work with Analysts and Business Users to convert specifications into functional/technical design requirements;
  • Create architectural solutions of new business projects;
  • Analyse and document the Billing part of projects Solution Blueprint or projects HLD;
  • Participate in functional analysis and design of business processes, training, development and deployment planning;
  • Align solution design with Architecture strategy and guidelines;
  • Promote design and technical best practices;
  • Follow-up of entire project lifecycle in a functional/tech vison, ensuring that functional requirements are fulfilled.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Follows the software development life cycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for software or development process improvements;
  • Customer Focus - Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution;
  • Should be good in client interaction and excellent Leadership skills;
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills;
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions;
  • Experience configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems;
  • Must have worked on more than one billing areas (Interconnection, Mediation, Prepaid Billing, Postpaid Billing, Document production, Collections, etc.);a
  • Knowledge and good understanding of Interconnect Data Model, Architecture, Administration, etc.;
  • Knowledge and good understanding of Mediation Zone Data Model, Architecture, Administration, etc.;
  • Knowledge and good understanding of Kenan Data Model, Architecture, Administration, etc.;
  • Knowledge and good understanding of Doc1 Data Model, Architecture, Administration, etc.;
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle database. Experience in programming languages such as PL/SQL;
  • Good Knowledge of Linux OS. As well as knowledge on following programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Shell Scripting;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
