What you’ll be doing

  • Accurate and timely issuing of invoices and credit notes for customers in line with internal guidelines
  • Answer and register customer queries and handle complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Validate and manage the data input to Billing/invoice
  • Manage billing cycle, invoices and dispatching processes.
  • Comply with the billing best practices, processes and regulation.
  • Assist and support the Operations Manager with additional tasks.
  • Contribute to BT cash objectives.

This opportunity is for the finest candidate who is a self-starter, possess great communication and organization skills, a problem solver and is solutions oriented.

In your first six months, you’ll:

  • Customer set up and administration.
  • Set up new Customers and contract structures in the billing system (Products, Prices, Discounts, etc.) and maintain the master data.
  • Coordinate the monthly billing runs and on request prepare and mail invoices and reports downloaded from billing system as well as generate and send electronic documents to customers.
  • Collect and distribute information on billing from/to Project Management, Account Management, Bid Management, BCCC, Commercial Contracts and Accounting.
  • Ensure Billing compliance.
  • Clarification of incorrect invoices and reports with the responsible.
  • Point of contact related to Billing inquiries
  • Active participation in the processing and escalation of complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Provide Billing expertise to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with BT Policies and DoA.
