About this Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Services team based at VOIS India, SP Infocity. This role is ideal for an experienced sourcing professional with exposure to international recruitment, particularly across the UK and wider European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting diverse talent pipelines across corporate, technology, commercial, legal, and leadership functions. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, they will drive end-to-end sourcing delivery while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality hiring outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, networking channels, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates against role requirements, experience, and suitability criteria.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, talent availability, and market dynamics.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify candidate trends, sourcing opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and first-level qualification discussions to assess interest and suitability.
- Engage passive talent through targeted sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.Participate in hiring events, digital campaigns, and strategic sourcing programmes as required.
- Manage multiple requisitions across the UK and European regions, ensuring timely and quality sourcing outcomes.
- Support hiring across a broad range of functions including Technology, Corporate Functions, Sales & Marketing, Legal, and leadership positions.
- Contribute to the achievement of overall resourcing performance indicators related to quality, time, cost, and service delivery.
Who you are
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience supporting international recruitment, particularly within the UK and European markets.Experience sourcing for technology, digital, corporate, commercial, legal, and business functions.
- Exposure to leadership hiring across both technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Previous experience within multinational organisations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), telecommunications, or high-volume hiring environments.Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, social sourcing, and talent mapping methodologies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through targeted sourcing approaches.
- Knowledge of talent market dynamics within Europe, with additional awareness of Egypt and Middle East talent landscapes being advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
