Job Description

About The Role
As an ecare Product Manager, you will support the development of our ecare platform by shaping and communicating an inspiring vision and cohesive product strategy. Your role involves driving product enhancements and new product ideas through qualitative research, data analysis, experimentation and through to delivery.
You will also prioritise and manage digital demand across the business, collaborating with creative and development squads to ensure smooth delivery. This includes managing resources, budgets and communication to align priorities with business objectives.
Additionally, you will monitor the ecare landscape to identify opportunities that offer a competitive edge or enhance the digital experience and oversee the end-to-end management of third-party capabilities. You will also provide early consultation to business areas, guiding execution methods and setting realistic expectations based on budget, size and complexity.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Product Management or Product Owner experience
  • Experience of BAU product delivery
  • Experience of agile and scrum
  • Experience of delivering product enhancements on customer facing products
  • Experience of digital products (web, app etc)
