What you’ll be doing

As a Product Manager within our Innovation Team, you’ll play a key part in overseeing all internal product development, with overall accountability for what your team builds and why you build it. You’ll be responsible for defining the KPIs for inflight projects and tracking the impact of your work, as well as prioritising and executing feature development work that drives both users and business value.

In this role you’ll be able to define experiments and research approaches that identify user needs and validate impact, as well as use quantitative and qualitative data to justify decision making and prioritisation. On top of this, you’ll be representing the wider team to senior members of the business ensuring you clearly articulate your focus and goals of the unit.
