We have a new opportunity at Virgin Media O2 for a Senior Agile Business Analyst!

As a Senior Business Analyst within our Network Expansion (NetEx) division, you will have responsibility for delivering a process led approach to the capture of digital detailed processes, requirements and business impacts that are aligned to the digital products features/epics and capabilities. Working with multiple different partners you will enable the technical programme teams, helping to contribute to the overall NetEx Value Stream objectives and key results (OKRs).

Our new team member will ensure that the digital journey, operational processes, and requirements align, challenging as required. You will define a delivery approach and maintain programme management tools aligned to an agile way of working.

A skilled collaborator, you'll engage and build strong relationships across different business units, sharing the process and requirement with NetEx senior leaders and operational teams as well as providing direction to the programme team. All this activity will enable the delivery of a low code digital ready suite of applications and automation opportunities following an agile development approach to support NetEx’s overall ambitions.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

  • Proven experience working in cable / telecommunications industry in IT management/consultancy/delivery
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting software delivery projects from conception to completion and Illustrate knowledge and practical experience of business analysis and process improvement techniques
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles, LSS Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, CBAP certification
  • Experience in documenting business processes (preferably using BPMN)
  • Proven ability to work within large transformation programmes with multi-vendor delivery models
  • Good understanding of delivery methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SAFE, Water-fall
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
