Job Description

About the Role
6 Month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, commutable to London

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team of forward-thinking innovators who are determined to reshape the way our company serves its customers. We're not just rethinking products and services—we're challenging legacy ways of working and driving a culture of "get stuff done." Our mission is to develop new offerings to the evolving needs of our customers.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love breaking barriers, and are ready to think creatively, this is the role where you'll learn and grow like never before.

The Product Owner will act as the link between the development team and the partners, ensuring that the product being built is to an outstanding standard and meets the requirements set out. In this role, you'll be passionate about driving a digitally enabled commercial strategy and self-serve functionality through the online channel.

Leading a cross-functional squad (e.g., digital designer, BA, copywriter, UAT, front end dev, etc.) to build functional requirements for the full customer experience across digital and physical channels within a lifecycle stage (acquisition, onboard, use, grow, continue).

You will be accountable for the E2E customer experience of a specific product lifecycle stage, refining functional requirements and CX principles based on best-in-class benchmarking. Also be collaborating with team members to ensure that key enablers and capabilities are delivered.

The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity, and be comfortable taking care of fast paced, constantly evolving priorities as part of hard-working team.
