Job Description
As the Lifecycle Automation Platform Owner, you will drive our platform offerings' strategic direction, development, and growth. This includes leading the Digital Networks Platform team to build and manage mission-critical automation platforms that support multiple consumer-facing products across both the Fixed and Mobile Networks. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define the platform's vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver maximum value.

The must haves
- Working knowledge and experience of working with Automation / Orchestration Solutions (Cisco NSO, Itential Automation Platform etc)
- Working experience and knowledge of public, private, and hybrid cloud providers, technologies, and services.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a technical lead role
- Knowledge of product journey management and alignment to platform development and design.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Expertise in process design methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom networks, technologies, and industry standards.
- Experience in platform engineering, software development, or a related technical field.
