Job Description

Due to internal promotion, we have an opening for a Revenue Operations Team Manager (Billing & Collections) to lead a high‑performing team at the heart of our Wholesale Fixed business—driving accurate billing, effective collections, and exceptional cash performance across a complex customer base. You’ll shape and optimise end‑to‑end billing operations, champion process automation, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements. Working closely with internal and external partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering transformation, strengthening customer trust, and elevating the overall experience.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Previous experience in a role requiring strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret and act on performance KPIs.
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or revenue operations in a large, complex organisation (telecommunications or similar high-volume environment preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate operational and financial risks through proactive process improvement and control management.
  • Previous experience managing people in line with company policies and procedures, driving engagement through monthly check-ins and quarterly Growth & Contribution (G&C) conversations., as well as a track record of motivating teams to deliver performance and continuous improvement.
  • Previous success in a role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience of resolving complex issues across systems, departments

  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation, automation tooling, or data-driven process optimisation would be highly desirable as we continue to modernise our platforms and ways of working.
