About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage billing and revenue processes for TowerCo business. This role involves overseeing internal and external billing, collections, intercompany reconciliation, and settlement activities. The individual will take complete ownership of monthly billing cycles, ensure compliance with MSA, provide insightful analysis to support business decisions, and deliver accurate reporting. The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

What you’ll do

Manage day-to-day operations to deliver timely and accurate monthly billing processes.Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing data and explain key trends and movements.Review account reconciliations, provide commentary, and resolve reconciling items.Monitor and resolve intercompany mismatches and substantiate balance sheet reconciliations.Analyse results and provide insights into drivers behind trends for business stakeholders.Support dispute management and provide analysis on lease and energy revenue.Ensure sub-lease transactions are correctly accounted for across all ledgers as per accounting schema.Maintain compliance with IFRS 16 and ensure accurate accounting impact across Z1, OL, and Z4 ledgers.Validate correctness and completeness of OL and Z4 ledger balance sheet accounts for TowerCo.Support statutory and internal audits and prepare SOX control documentation for agreed RCM.

Who you are

Preferably a Qualified Accountant or MBA with 6–8 years of relevant experience.Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in IFRS 16 and revenue accounting.Experience in billing processes and REFX preferred.Skilled in financial analysis, process automation, and process re-engineering.Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP, REFX, Business Objects, and Access is an advantage.Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.Quick learner, capable of multitasking and identifying process improvement opportunities
