Job Description
As Propositions & Innovations Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the future innovation agenda for our Consumer business. You’ll identify, validate and develop new opportunities that support our Mobile, Fixed and FMC strategy, turning early-stage ideas into commercially viable propositions that create real value for both our customers and the business.
Working at the intersection of strategy, product and commercial teams, you’ll take promising concepts and determine how they can scale across the organisation. From identifying emerging market trends and managing innovation partners to developing business cases and designing scaling strategies, you’ll build a pipeline of validated innovations that enhance our proposition roadmap and deliver meaningful customer impact. The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experiencedeveloping and launching propositions or products at scale, ideally within telecoms or adjacent industries
- Strong experience ininnovation, propositiondevelopmentor new venture incubationwithin a large organisation
- Demonstrable experiencebuilding business cases, commercialmodelsand funding proposals for new initiatives
- Experienceworking with external innovation partners or technology providers to develop new capabilities or propositions
- Excellentstakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across senior commercial, product and technology teams
