
Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager in our Strategy, Data and Transformation team, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across Fixed Wholesale and Customer Delivery. Working closely with a Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to execution, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, aligned to business priorities and driving meaningful results for the organisation.You’ll bring structure, clarity and pace to complex programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders at every level. From managing risks, dependencies and governance to tracking performance and benefits, you’ll help shape how we deliver change. This is a role where you’ll influence how we work, champion a transformation mindset and contribute to improved processes, systems and ways of working across the business.

The must haves • Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects end to end• Strong project management capability across methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or APM• Experience managing governance including RAID, steering groups and delivery tracking• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a transformation environment The other stuff we are looking for
• Experience working within telecoms or large, complex organisations
• Exposure to business readiness or change management practices
• Experience managing third-party suppliers or partners
• Strong understanding of performance tracking and benefits realisation
• A track record of driving continuous improvement and transformation outcomes
