Job Description
Working as a Fulfilment Analyst, you will be managing the sales order and the returns processes to ensure that materials get to the right places on time. With a customer first approach, assisting with stakeholder’s queries and maintaining a strong relationship with logistic partners and colleagues.
The Fulfilment Specialist will be self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy. They will be adaptable in this flexible role which will require adopting various activities depending on the business needs. They will have an interest in personal development and a desire to learn.

The must haves
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience in accurate data entry and order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage queries and escalations.
- Knowledge or experience of supply chain or logistics processes.
- Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Create sales orders on ERP system (Oracle/SAP)
- Maintain/ manage the sales order lifecycle, including general housekeeping of orders to ensure quality checks are made and shipping dates align with build plans
- Process and arrange return requests for customer returns and faulty goods
- Deal with queries from our internal customers relating to their orders e.g. estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and escalation routes. Handle and resolve escalations where required.
- Order entry on the Trader Support Service portal to create and submit declarations which is providing data to the government about the materials shipping to Northern Ireland.
