
Job Description
As a Field Insight Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand how our field operations are really performing. Sitting within the Field Insight team, you’ll provide an independent, data-led view of end-to-end performance, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insight that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes for customers.
In this role, you’ll analyse field performance data, including trial results and customer self-install journeys, identifying trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, translating data into meaningful stories that non-technical audiences can understand, and helping shape initiatives that improve performance at scale.
This is a hybrid role based from either our Manchester or Reading offices.

• Previous experience in analytics or insights
