We are looking for a Commercial Manager – Services to join our dynamic Commercial team to spearhead the strategic development of our services portfolio, which encompasses consumer electronics, IoT and CPE devices as well as value-added services such as insurance, content and media. You will collaborate alongside some of the world’s leading technology and media companies, be the driving force of our strategy and helping to build an industry differentiated, customer centred suite of products and services that return long-term growth and profitability for our business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team of forward-thinking innovators who are determined to reshape the way our company serves its customers. We're not just rethinking products and services—we're challenging legacy ways of working and driving a culture of "get stuff done." Our mission is to develop new offerings to the evolving needs of our customers.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love breaking barriers, and are ready to think outside the box, this is the role where you'll learn and grow like never before.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Own portfolio level P&L ensuring sustainable revenue growth, margin optimisation and cost control, monitoring financial performance and identifying and validating commercial initiatives to improve long-term profitability
  • Forecast, track and analyse portfolio performance (eg. Revenue, customer satisfaction, churn etc) utilising tools such as Excel and Tableau to build actionable insights and business cases for new opportunities or risks
  • Translate your analysis into crisp slides to deliver recommendations and perspectives to key executives. Ensure alignment on your recommendations with your stakeholders
  • Partner with OEMs and value-added service providers to build annual commercial plans and initiatives that deliver differentiated customer offerings and competitive advantage
  • Build robust business cases for new portfolio introductions and commercial initiatives ensuring commercial KPIs are met across all categories and services, and ROI is maximised on all investments
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, driving clear communication, accountability and shared success metrics
  • Lead regular MBRs and QBRs with senior leadership to review OKRs/KPIs, areas of underperformance, working cross-functionally to supercharge new growth initiatives, resolve blockers and mitigate risks
  • Drive innovation and growth maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging technologies representing VMO2 at strategic partner forums and industry events, shaping the future portfolio ecosystem
