Job Description

This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of the Tesco Mobile Slough.

We’re looking for an Airtime Finance Expert to help develop the future of our financial control environment.

In the first 10 months, you will play a pivotal role as the finance lead on our high‑priority migration to a new rating platform. You’ll develop the future-state accounting, reconciliation and reporting framework, ensuring the platform is robust, compliant, auditable and ready for launch. Working within an Agile Finance Transformation squad, you’ll partner closely with Revenue Assurance, Data & Insight, Finance Operations, programme delivery teams, and wider VMO2 stakeholders.

Following the transformation, the role transitions into permanent ownership of Airtime Finance Manager responsibilities, leading airtime revenue and margin reporting, Ofcom submissions, controls improvement, policy stewardship, and continuous process optimisation. This is an outstanding opportunity to influence the operating model of a major JV, modernise core finance processes, and work with cutting‑edge tooling as part of our Finance Transformation and Data Modernisation roadmap.

If you want to make a significant impact in a high‑profile and fast paced environment that values curiosity, rigour and innovation, we’d love to hear from you
