The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making and enhancing customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to shape CRM strategies, influence marketing performance and deliver measurable impact across the business.

You’ll act as a trusted expert, partnering closely with Marketing teams to design, analyse and optimise campaigns—turning data into actionable insights that truly make a difference.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and champion best practice in CRM analytics, data storytelling and visualisation
  • Act as a subject matter expert on campaign measurement and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to understand objectives and shape effective campaign strategies
  • Deliver deep customer and campaign insights to inform marketing plans and CRM strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, techniques and ways of working
  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and maximise ROI
  • Coach and support colleagues, sharing knowledge across the team

What we’re looking for

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects from concept to implementation
  • Established B2C CRM expertise, including customer journey design, targeting and analytics
  • Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in stakeholder management, prioritisation and working independently
  • A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or coaching others

Desirable:

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
