What you'll be doing…
The Associate Director of Program and Project Management of Artificial Intelligence & Data will lead a team responsible for executive operations, employee engagement, strategic communications, and performance Management. This leader will have the primary responsibility to elevate the Artificial Intelligence & Data organization by providing first-rate employee experience, executive communication and change management support. The team seeks an experienced self-starter who can collaborate across teams and drive execution to support strategic and employee satisfaction goals
In addition, the Associate Director will be setting the standards of Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) organizations talent development, change management, communication both internal and external, and aligning employee engagement to goals and priorities making ours a Great place to work. The candidate will also play a key role in branding and positioning AI&D as a trusted, impactful, and scalable AI and Data solutions team.
What we're looking for…
Designing and implementing AI&D employee engagement strategies through innovative engagement programs to foster a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance retention.
Align employee engagements and communication with organizational goals, employee pulse/ satisfaction survey, and unified engagement matrix across the diverse workforce.
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies across the organization and look at leveraging technology for automation where possible.
Developing initiatives that empower employees with the tools, resources, and skills needed to perform their roles effectively
Collaborating with Learning & Development teams to create tailored training programs.
Partnering with HR, business leaders, and other departments to implement cross-functional initiatives, leadership collaboration, handle executive visits, etc.
Organizing events, workshops, and programs that celebrate cultural diversity and foster a sense of belonging.
Developing , executing and communicating change management plans, frameworks and tolls tailored to AI&D's goals and priorities
Providing executive governance and communication support for AI&D , including meeting cadence, agenda management, material design, and other critical items.
Collaborating with the AI&D U.S. and VZ India communication teams to align messaging and support enterprise communication priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Strategically positioning the AI&D Organization and AI&D Leadership both internally and externally, and establish them as industry thought leaders.
Developing and implementing communication strategies to amplify the Chief Data Officer and AI&D Leadership Team’s vision, priorities, and accomplishments across all channels, internally and externally.
Driving and preparing content for AI&D all-hands meetings, executive reviews, organizational updates, slack communication, newsletters, and other employee engagement forums.
Leveraging employee pulse survey insights of AI&D portfolio to create targeted, result-driven communication initiatives that address feedback and improve engagement.
Defining KPIs and track the effectiveness of communication, engagement & enablement strategies to continuously improve messaging.

You are a dynamic leader with outstanding analytical and leadership capabilities backed by strong experience in managing programs and projects, executive communication and employee enablement. You are constantly challenging the status quo and identifying new innovative ways to drive your team towards new ways of working that create efficiencies.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of work experience.
Five or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in driving global communications and external engagement
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams
Knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and analytics tools to measure effectiveness
Good interpersonal skills; willingness to leverage strengths of the team and cooperate with peers in a cross-functional environment.
Data-driven mindset with ability to deliver concise storyline and strategy updates for key senior updates and operational reviews
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree or an MBA.
AI and Data specific experience or knowledge
Familiarity with Project Management Institute (PMI) process and standards
Proficient in Google Suite; expert in Google Slides
Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT that help drive stronger outcomes.
