You'll work at the heart of a diverse portfolio of change initiatives, partnering with project leaders, HR and recruitment teams to support effective workforce and resource planning that enables successful programme delivery.

The Role
As a Projects Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing resource demand across a range of transformation projects. Working closely with project managers, business leaders and key stakeholders, you'll ensure resources are effectively planned, allocated and utilised to support business priorities.
You'll also play an important role in helping the Transformation & Change Team continually improve resource management processes and workforce planning capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the allocation, tracking and deployment of resources across multiple transformation projects.
- Supporting resource planning and capacity forecasting to anticipate future demand.
- Ensuring effective utilisation of skills and talent across the project portfolio.
- Working with project leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and support workforce planning activities.
- Producing resource reports, dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Helping to resolve competing priorities and resource challenges through data-led decision-making.
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of resource management processes and practices.
About You
We're looking for someone who can bring a combination of resource planning expertise, stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in resource management, workforce planning, recruitment, project delivery or a related discipline.
- An understanding of how effective resource planning contributes to successful project outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to provide meaningful insights.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using resource planning or project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Clarity PPM or similar platforms would be advantageous.
