Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

What you'll do

Are you passionate about leading change and helping teams embrace new ways of working? As a Finance Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact transformation programmes across Finance. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, from finance experts to senior leaders and external partners, ensuring that change is not only delivered successfully but fully adopted to achieve lasting business value. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, influence strategic decisions, and help transform the future of Finance in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will:

  • Lead complex finance transformation projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with Finance teams and wider business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between programme teams and Finance functions, ensuring new capabilities are successfully embedded and adopted.
  • Define and communicate the impact of change across people, processes, and technology.
  • Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional and virtual teams, creating a collaborative and empowered working environment.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, taking proactive action to keep delivery on track.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and external partners to enable efficient and cost-effective delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative ways to enhance project outcomes and maximise business benefits.
  • Support business readiness and change management activities, helping teams successfully transition through transformation initiatives.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership teams.

Who you are

  • Proven experience delivering complex business transformation or change programmes, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience working within, or exposure to, Finance or Accounting environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive adoption and realise business benefits.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting complex information to senior and executive-level audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and champion innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies in large-scale programmes.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that builds trust, empowers others, and delivers results through teamwork.
