What You'll Be Doing

As Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining product priorities, managing delivery and ensuring our Developer Services products continue to evolve to meet changing customer and business needs.

You'll:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Work closely with Developer Services stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define future product requirements.
• Lead the design, testing and implementation of new functionality and product enhancements.
• Act as the product champion and subject matter expert, driving adoption and engagement across the business.
• Lead sprint planning activities and support Agile ways of working across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to deliver value-focused change.
• Manage product incidents, risks and defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing product performance, user feedback and emerging business requirements.
• Shape future product roadmaps and influence strategic investment decisions.
• Ensure products have clearly defined objectives, measurable outcomes and well-governed backlogs.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable product requirements.
• Support business process design and optimisation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Build strong relationships across Developer Services, Technology, Customer and Operational teams.
• Champion innovation and identify opportunities to improve the services and experiences we provide to developers and customers.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner who can confidently bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery whilst building strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder community.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar digital product leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Developer Services sector, customer journeys and associated business processes.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, systems enhancements or product-led change.
• Demonstrable experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing and prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning and backlog management.
• Experience managing product incidents, defects and risks through to resolution.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and effective digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience working with third-party technology partners and suppliers.
• Experience driving product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or developing colleagues.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
