- Produce, analyse and interpret a range of reports to support data quality, performance monitoring and operational decision making.
- Work closely with Water Data Maintainers to understand the impact of network updates and safeguard the integrity of water boundary information.
- Support system enhancements, maintenance releases and future developments through activities including user acceptance testing and disaster recovery testing.
- Deliver guidance, support and training to both new and existing team members, helping build GIS capability across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced GIS expertise, with experience of ArcGIS highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and explain GIS concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess, challenge and manage conflicting information to support informed decision making.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality, accurate outputs.
- A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Understanding of water networks and water supply boundary hierarchies, including their GIS representation and business application would be advantageous
