Job Description
Join and become part of our Transport Team in Cape Verde as a Transport Planning Team Manger.
You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage a team of direct reports and be responsible for people engagement and the development of team members with clear objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of the financial commitments whilst aligning with business deliverables.
- Guarantee proper level of resources to deliver operations and manage and schedule staffing accordingly to the needs of each operation.
- Responsible for day to day planning off transport operation, coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
- You will deliver information to the service delivery team and suppliers, guaranteeing on-time services, whilst optimizing costs and load factor.
- Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.

- High capacity to manage a team to deliver results.
- Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
- Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & drive digital culture.
- Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics.
- A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Portuguese.
