
Landside Operations Team Leader
Job Description
Position Overview
The Landside Operations Team Leader will oversee end-to-end logistics operations within the Control Tower environment, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, proactive issue resolution, and alignment with customer service expectations. This role requires managing shift-based operations to provide 24/7 visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Monitor daily logistics flows across inbound, outbound operation.
Ensure real-time visibility of shipments and proactively address disruptions.
Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve exceptions.
Shift Management
Lead and supervise Control Tower staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure seamless handover between shifts with accurate reporting and updates.
Maintain staffing schedules to support continuous operations.
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the central point of contact for logistics queries during shift hours.
Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics execution with business priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Control Tower operations and supply chain visibility tools.
Certified Safety Officer (จป) qualification required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Shift Details
Rotational shifts (e.g., Morning, Afternoon, Night).
8–12 hour shift coverage depending on operational needs.
Shift allowances provided as per company policy.

Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
