Senior Product Enablement Manager

Job Description

This role sits within Product Delivery & Enablement of our Sales Solution Division and reports into the Head of Product Enablement & Delivery.

Drive product management excellence across TUI's Digital Solutions organization by establishing frameworks, tools, and resources that enhance capabilities and effectiveness.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll establish and evolve product management practices, methodologies, and frameworks across our Digital Solutions organization, creating standards that balance consistency with flexibility.
• Leading a team of 2-3 Product Enablement Managers, you'll develop comprehensive resources including playbooks, templates, and guides that support product managers throughout the product lifecycle.
• We'll count on you to build and nurture a thriving product management community of practice, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across our product teams.
• Your expertise will be crucial in designing and delivering training programs that enhance product management capabilities, providing guidance on strategy, discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll foster alignment between product management and other functions including design, technology, and business teams.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring proven experience in product leadership, enablement, or coaching roles, with a deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Your experience in building and implementing product management frameworks and processes will help our teams work more efficiently and effectively.
• You possess strong facilitation and training delivery skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• With your passion for product management excellence and continuous improvement, you'll inspire our product community to reach new heights.
• You're fluent in English, with additional European languages being beneficial to support our international teams.
