Job Description
This role sits within Product Delivery & Enablement of our Sales Solution Division and reports into the Head of Product Enablement & Delivery.
Support and enhance product management capabilities across TUI's Digital Solutions organization by developing enablement resources, training, and best practices.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Creating and maintaining high-quality enablement resources will be a key focus, including developing playbooks, templates, and guides that support product management activities across the organization.
- You'll design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops that enhance product management capabilities and knowledge throughout our teams.
- Providing coaching and guidance to product managers will be part of your daily work, supporting them in applying best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve their effectiveness.
- Supporting our product management community of practice involves organizing events, facilitating knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration across teams.
- The role includes researching and staying current with industry best practices and trends in product management, adapting and introducing relevant practices to enhance TUI's product management capabilities.
ABOUT YOU
- You have experience in product management or related roles, with knowledge of product enablement, training, or coaching being particularly valuable.
- Your strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices will help our teams deliver exceptional digital products.
- Experience creating documentation, guides, or training materials demonstrates your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- You possess strong facilitation and presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for product management excellence and continuous improvement drives your approach to supporting and developing others.
