An exciting new vacancy has opened at TUI. We’re looking for an ambitious Senior PPC Executive to help shape and advance our Paid Search strategy.

As the newly appointed Senior PPC Executive, you will have experience in managing multiple complex campaigns, have strong technical knowledge and be results orientated. Being able to analyse data, whilst reporting to key stakeholders is crucial to this role, so you must have strong communication and analytical skills.

Being a part of a team on the cutting edge of performance marketing, you’ll also contribute to several exciting projects aimed at propelling the business forward. ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for closely monitoring and optimising campaigns
  • Be the bridge between our team and key stakeholders, effectively sharing performance updates, strategies, and industry insights that will keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with our Planning team and agency partners on budget management and forecasting.
  • Support the Paid Search Manager and Senior Paid Search Manager with the creation and delivery of the testing roadmap.
  • Responsible for building and monitoring creatives to support business priorities.
  • Constantly looking to find ways to improve processes and account performance.
  • Train more junior members of the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Deep paid search knowledge and experience.
  • Proven experience in using advanced strategies (i.e. feeds, bid strategies, scripts, etc) to manage and optimise performance.
  • Commercially focused and results driven.
  • Strong analytical & Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proven ability to use Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and SA360 (or similar platforms) at an advanced level. Adobe/Google Analytics is a bonus.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
