We’re looking for an Senior Programmatic Strategist to help further our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team to manage, optimise, and drive continuous growth through Programmatic campaigns.
  • Taking ownership of the entire client life-cycles; devising strategy, building campaigns, optimising for growth, sharing results, evaluating performance.
  • Ensuring proactive delivery of Programmatic campaigns, endeavouring to solve account issues and working with your team lead to overcome challenging problems.
  • Innovating and building creative strategies to find a ‘better way’ of delivering great results for your clients.
  • Working closely with our amazing clients, building productive relationships in order to deliver the best performance for their businesses.
  • Helping to develop our service offering, and finding new ways of driving innovative opportunities to our clients.
  • Challenging yourself, your team, and your clients to ensure we’re always collectively driving in the same direction whilst being respectful, fair, and focused on results as we do it.
  • Delivering new business strategies and pitches, playing a pivotal role in our agency and departments growth.
  • Contributing to thought leadership through case studies, blog posts and internal knowledge sharing to showcase our amazing work.

Who are you?

  • You have 3+ years experience (minimum) managing high performance Programmatic campaigns.
  • You have an extensive track record of building Programmatic strategies across a range of client verticals.
  • You’ve built some key publisher relationships across multiple verticals and have experience delivering campaigns across multiple environments (CTV, audio, DOOH).
  • You are an engaging, confident communicator, with experience presenting results and updates to key client stakeholders.
  • You have an appreciation for the craft of Display advertising, with an advanced understanding of DV360, Campaign Manager, and other DSPs.
  • You have a keen interest in Programmatic and the wider Paid Media landscape and are interested in demonstrating this through thought leadership.
  • You’re fluent in all things spreadsheets, and have a fondness for investigation through data including using Google Analytics.
  • You enjoy working with others as a part of a team, and want to continue working in a collaborative environment to meet shared goals.

SALARY: £35,000 DOE (plus £6,000 London Weighting if you live in the Greater London area)

Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
