Join the TUI Global HR Systems and People Analytics Team as a Data Scientist, where you'll drive the evolution of HR decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of data, business, and technology, shaping how we predict, optimize, and transform the employee experience across our global organization.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll play a key role in advancing our analytics maturity – from predictive analytics to more automated and AI-enabled decision-making.
Contributing to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases across HR will be central to your work.
You'll design and implement machine learning models for areas like attrition, hiring, and workforce planning.
Supporting the adoption of AI solutions to automate data and HR processes is part of your remit.
Building scalable data solutions using Python and modern data tools will keep you engaged.
You'll translate complex analytical outputs into clear and actionable business insights that drive real change.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all analytics products.
ABOUT YOU
You bring proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar roles.
Advanced hands-on skills in Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation are essential.
Strong experience with Tableau is a must.
Proven expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical modelling will set you up for success.
You've delivered end-to-end data science solutions in a business environment before.
Translating business challenges into scalable analytical solutions comes naturally to you.
