TUI MM is a leading Tours & Activities business that combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery in more than 140 countries worldwide.

Available in all major holiday and city destinations to travelers around the world, including the 19 mio. annual TUI customers, there are currently more than 160,000 “things to do” - including excursions, activities, tickets and transfers. These are distributed through the Musement and TUI websites and apps, and B2B partners, including the world's leading OTAs, tour operators, cruise lines and travel companies.

As a Product Analyst within our Product Management team, you will analyze, monitor and report insights around our business and product performances, continuously assessing the value of our Digital Product in terms of key business metric, economic profitability, and costs.

You will tightly work with Product Managers on a day to day basis to understand and define both customer and business problems, providing key information that will contribute to create the Product Strategy through prioritization of initiatives whose results you will be monitored.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Own the data demand management process within your Domain by working closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and Data Analysts to structure, prioritize, and execute data requests efficiently. Manage both intra-Domain and cross-Domain data requests, ensuring thatare handled effectively while also coordinating with relevant teams to escalate and prioritize more complex, cross-domain requests.

  • Oversee the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of data requests from business and product stakeholders being the key point of contact: collaborate with Business, Product, and Tech teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment across different functions.

  • Prioritization of Requests: ensure all data requests follow a structured format and include key prioritization inputs (impact, urgency, dependencies, …)in order touse prioritization frameworks to assess and rank requests based on business value and effort required.

  • Backlog & Jira Management: maintain and update both domain-specific and cross-domain backlogs, ensuring an efficient and well-documented workflow.

  • Strategic Alignment: participate in weekly prioritization meetings with Data Analysts and other stakeholders to reassess priorities and update scores.

  • Continuous Improvement: support the optimization of the demand management process, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency

  • Foster a data-driven culture by enabling data-driven decision-making across teams. Ensure that relevant and reliable data is available for both stakeholders and Product teams to make informed business and product decisions.

  • Continuously analyze metrics and assess with Product teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance our digital products and services iteratively and to firmly underpin Product decision-making process.

  • Dive deep into analyzing and improving the business model of our product strategy, giving priority to initiatives that promise to unlock substantial value.

  • Conduct evaluations on the business impact and costs of Product improvements and initiatives, and follow through on them to refine an ever-evolving product strategy.

  • Work hand in hand with Product Managers to condense all inputs into a comprehensive strategy and roadmap, blending audacious ambition with rationality and practicality.

  • Collaborate with various company departments to refine the analysis and reporting of product performance, revenue streams, and cost structures.

  • Support the Company in attaining short and long-term product growth objectives.
