The role will be published until the 19th of June 2025 and you will need to live in Mallorca to be eligible for this position

ABOUT THE JOB

• Perform and analyze monthly reports using SAP and Asterix systems
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation, developing reporting dashboards
• Execute monthly closing tasks with precision and accuracy
• Manage projects within the department, implementing P2P processes and centralizing tasks
• Conduct process analysis, identify gaps, and provide support for system development
• Create manuals and document departmental processes
• Train and support our global hubs on P2P processes and systems

ABOUT YOU

• Business University degree advantageous
• Experience with Asterix and SAP systems
• Proven track record in supplier management, incident resolution, and invoice processing
• Strong data management skills, including Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
• Methodical and organized approach to task execution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory), additional languages are a plus
