ABOUT OUR OFFER

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll assist the P2P Manager in ensuring financial integrity of TUI legal entities by executing the Accounts Payables cycle in accordance with company policies.
  • We'll rely on you to perform supplier account reconciliations and integrity checks, overseeing journal entries to ensure proper general ledger coding for accurate month-end closing.
  • Managing timely payment proposals and supervising payment execution will be a key responsibility, including handling prepayments according to supplier contractual terms.
  • Your analytical skills will be put to use analysing supplier aged items, risk factors, debtor balances, and reviewing prepayment requests.
  • Producing necessary KPI statistics to monitor team performance and identifying potential process improvements will help us optimise our resources and systems.
  • Leading a team of 5-15 members involves supervising daily work, recruiting new talent, providing training, and managing performance to ensure objectives are achieved.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related Finance field with advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • You bring proven experience in a Finance position with a solid understanding of finance processes and procedures.
  • Previous team leadership experience demonstrates your ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
  • You're proficient with MS Office tools and have experience with systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Asterix, or Oracle.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills enable you to develop great working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Your methodical approach to time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment show you can handle multiple priorities effectively.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.
