Job Purpose

This job is responsible for delivering accounting services on behalf of the business unit in full accordance with the process requirements and legal regulations. Employee performs their duties diligently, responsibly, and independently. What is more, an employee acts as a le model for other associates The employee has advanced knowledge of the processes, tools, and applications and is perceived as a sought expert by other associates. The employee drives complex changes and improvements and is able to lead people and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing 3rd party invoices on SAP
  • Invoices 3-way match validation
  • Stakeholder’s management
  • Handling suppliers inquires.
  • Weekly follow up on the pending invoices with the internal service requesters
  • Working on AP automation projects

1. Education & Professional Qualification

  • University degree preferred – especially within Finance and Accounting
  • English language knowledge required.
  • Other European language skills desired (German)

2. Knowledge/Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail
