Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Team as an OSH Admin Executive for our Intercruises brand in Punta Cana or Cancun.

You will provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Support Hub Admin Team Manager or Team Leader and business partners in the assigned destinations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Exceptional administration, planning and organisation skills.
  • Computer literate and technically capable to work within a new digital service environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous to service both source markets and destinations in local language when possible.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • A talented team player with the ability to work virtually.
  • Efficient & organized - a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who stays calm under pressure.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for processing sales and expense liquidations across the Americas region.
  • Collaborates closely with Service Delivery and Back-Office Operations teams at TUI, providing support and training on OSH processes and liquidation tools.
  • Reviews liquidation receipts and supporting documents submitted via Therefore or other official platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness before processing or escalating to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensures that destination staff follow company policies and procedures related to excursion sales and staff expense liquidations.
  • Provides support to the Finance team during monthly closings (sales and costs).
  • Assists with similar administrative tasks for other business units as needed.
  • Supports the OSH Team Manager with regional or local liquidation-related tasks.
