Job Description

At TUI, understanding our customers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Marketing Insights Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing the voice of the customer into business decisions, helping us create better experiences, strengthen our brands and support sustainable growth, both globally across our markets and locally in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Joining a high-performing global team of consumer insight specialists, you'll lead and deliver research projects that uncover meaningful customer and market insights, working closely with stakeholders across the TUI Group to turn data into action.

This role is being offered on a 9 month fixed term contract. The closing date for applications will be Tuesday 27th October.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You’ll manage and deliver consumer and market research projects across a variety of TUI business areas, ensuring research activities are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
  • Working across the full research lifecycle, you’ll support study design, questionnaire development, survey implementation, testing and project management activities.
  • You’ll analyse and interpret consumer and market data, identifying trends, behaviours and opportunities that help inform business decisions and improve customer experiences.
  • Through presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement, you’ll translate research findings into clear insights and practical recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration will be central to your role as you work closely with local and global stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Customer, Strategy and other business functions.
  • On top of your global responsibilities, you’ll have an extra focus on supporting the BeNe market, partnering closely with local stakeholders to understand their business priorities and ensure relevant customer and market insights are translated into action.
  • You’ll manage relationships with external research agencies and partners, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with research objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in consumer insights, market research or a similar analytical role, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends and communicate findings in a clear and engaging way.
  • You’re passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and using insights to help improve customer experiences and business performance.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills allow you to manage multiple research projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • You’re a confident communicator who can present findings to a variety of audiences and support stakeholders in translating insights into actions.
  • You have a strong understanding of, or affinity with, the BeNe market and are comfortable balancing local market needs with the priorities and opportunities of a global organisation.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills are essential.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
