Job Description

You will play a global role and be a key part in developing and delivering the HR strategy for TUI BLUE & Hotel Concepts. You will business partner senior managers within our head office team and General Managers in our controlled TUI BLUE units, providing them with support and guiding their decision making through effective relationships, business knowledge and trust whilst operating in an international environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • As a Business Partner, you will support in the development and achievement of the TUI BLUE Hotel people strategy, playing a key role in contributing and evolving the people plan to achieve our strategic goals. You will be responsible for translating the people strategy into a bespoke HR business plan for both head office and TUI BLUE hotels.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve HR Business Partnering practices and performance including; employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations to maximise individual performance, effectively balancing the needs of our colleagues, the TUI BLUE head office organisation, TUI BLUE hotels and the management risk.
  • Acting as an ambassador for change, you will lead and champion HR change initiatives and projects to reduce cost base so TUI BLUE is sustainable and competitive.
  • You will formulate creative and innovative solutions to address our current and future employee relation challenges in a way which increases the direct engagement of our people in the overall business strategy.
  • You will be accountable for driving the implementation of the HR initiatives along with Group COEs encompassing attraction, recruitment, induction, engagement, reward, retention, cultural and development.
  • Be an active member of the HR team, ensuring high visibility, focus and delivery of the business partner activities are on the HR agenda.
  • You will support the HR Managers in our TUI BLUE hotels making sure they feel part of a HR community. In addition you will support them with their performance and development through effective leadership, so the team feel supported, valued and engaged to deliver to a high performance.
  • Drive the use of people centric data and identify areas for development and opportunity.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as an HR Business Partner, leading core HR initiatives for the business
  • Able to think proactively and operate strategically to support both the HR and business strategy on a global environment
  • Ideally have worked in a hotel environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing effectively on high level
  • Proven track record of operating effectively in an ambiguous fast paced constantly changing environment
  • Track record of introducing new initiatives, reducing cost, managing change and delivering tangible results to the business
