Job Description
As part of a Global team, our Customer Analysts are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytically driven customer insights to stakeholders across all countries to drive key strategic and investment decisions across the business. Through using internal and external customer data you will manage the generation of meaningful insights that help the company better understand their consumers, increase engagement, and drive sales and consumer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a Customer Analyst, you will deliver business value through different analytical projects such as segmentation, customer lifetime value, channel mix optimization and personalization
- As a Customer Analyst you will be creating ongoing action-driven customer behaviour insights to support decision-making.
- You will use a wide range of customer data including booking, digital and demographic data, as well as engagement and customer feedback data.
- You will be using established analytical techniques to generate data insights and translate these into clear business stories that drive action.
- Your deep understanding of campaign metrics, understanding of channel mix optimisation, customer feedback metrics and statistical techniques will enable you to become a valued business partner with CX and CRM teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Educated to a degree standard with an analytical focus (e.g. Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Social Sciences)
- Proven experience in similar analytical roles
- Ideally business knowledge of Marketing, CRM, loyalty and/or CX.
- SQL/ Python/R or other programming languages
- Nice to have: knowledge of Tableau or any other dashboarding tool
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability and desire to work and collaborate as part of an international, cross-functional team to deliver successful outcomes
- Ability to think strategically; see the bigger picture, analyse complex problems and quickly evaluate options to meet business expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills coupled with sound commercial awareness
- English-speaker, knowledge of German, Dutch or Swedish languages is of an advantage
