Job Description

As a Product Analyst, you will work within the TUI Mobility Hub alongside Developers, Product Owners, and Test Teams to support the enhancement and roll-out of TUI's award-winning Digital Assistant app. You will provide analytical support to the product team, delivering insights and recommendations that help the business make data-driven decisions and contribute to the rapid commercial development of the TUI app. You will work across Android and iOS platforms for our source market teams in Europe, managing large and growing datasets.

Key responsibilities include real-time KPI reporting, A/B testing, new feature performance analysis, product exploration, behavioural analysis, and data modelling. As the app plays a critical role in TUI’s overall strategy, you will ensure accurate performance tracking and analysis, with a focus on identifying and explaining any data anomalies. You will also contribute to data integration initiatives across markets and functions.
