Job Description

We are looking for you, with a strong interest in trend monitoring, analysis and with a business drive, who wants to take on the position of Consumer Insight Specialist within the Nordic commercial team in Stockholm. If you also have experience of describing what drives the consumer demand and are used to conducting surveys, then this is the role for you!

As Consumer Insight Analyst, you have a good ability to transform data into guiding consumer insights. You are a specialist in your field but enjoy collaborating with different interfaces and constellations. You are curious and interested in understanding consumers and the world around you. You are a good listener but also have the ability to take your own initiatives and push forward within your areas of responsibility. You like to familiarize yourself with complex contexts and with an open mind find solutions. You have a high analytical ability and like to convey insights and enthuse in a credible way. With responsibility for handling and updating consumer and customer data, you take care of the internal reporting to the organization. Furthermore, you support the Nordic organization with ad hoc analyzes and insight competence in internal projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your daily tasks will be to:

  • Provide trends and insights on how consumers act and what driving forces, attitudes and values are of central importance for them to want to continue consuming TUI’s products.
  • Conducting consumer and customer analyzes with associated recommendations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Through regular brand tracking and ad hoc research, ensure that TUI’s marketing activities and communication provide the intended effect, strengthen our brand strategy and increase the preference of our brand.
  • Manage and disseminate relevant information, knowledge and data within the company in an easy-to-understand and developing way.
  • Manage updating of monthly reports.
  • Conduct own and assist in the implementation of research projects.
  • Support colleagues in gathering data from systems.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of work experience from a similar role.
  • Experience of working with trend monitoring, questionnaire construction and analysis of data.
  • Experienced in extracting and processing data from various systems. Skills in Tableau and Qualtrics is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to visualize results in a neat way.
  • Previous insight competence acquired related to the Nordic consumer market.
  • University degree within relevant area.
  • Fluent in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages in speech and writing
  • Service-oriented and prestigeless.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Good communicative and social skills.
  • Good prioritization and problem-solving ability.
