Join TUI BLUE and Hotel Concepts as Commercial Data Analyst, driving the future transformation of TUI Hotels & Resorts.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Set the strategic direction for the department through high profile papers; business cases, change management projects, KPI updates, amongst others. These will be wide ranging from new hotel projects and builds to new websites and apps for the existing brands.
  • Lead and be accountable for the Amello project (making TSUN and AQI hotel brands through building distribution platforms) – one of the Groups key initiatives for FY24.
  • Accountable for large project budgets (>€1M) where spend will need to be controlled and key strategic initiatives delivered.
  • Accountable for GEC board presentations as well as large input into supervisory board updates. These will cover key strategic projects across the Group and will involve multiple stakeholders in various divisions.
  • Continue the worldwide expansion of TUI BLUE and its aim to become the world’s leading leisure hotel brand. This will involve continuing to own and drive forward the Horizons programme.
  • Work in and lead matrix organisations across global teams to deliver key projects across the Group focusing on our most differentiated brands and impacting c.4 million existing customers as well as attracting new ones.
  • Work closely with the Senior Innovation & Ancillaries manager to ensure a smooth delivery for our newest hotel brand, The Mora, as well as hitting the ambitious growth pipeline and CSAT for TUI BLUE & Hotel Concepts
  • Work on high profile projects outside of just hotel product leading and delivering large benefits to the Group involving several key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

  • Extensive proven ability to lead and project manage working internationally across all internal markets and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working in the leisure/tourism/hotel industry is highly desirable.
  • Highly articulate and progressive thinker
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at board and GEC management level.
  • Action orientated; consistently delivering against targets and proactively seeking opportunities to improve.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to balance customer with commercial viability.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English is required for this role. Other European languages including German would be advantageous.
