As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency, and your team of Customer Service Specialists. You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Norwegian language proficiency at C1+ level (native).

  • English language proficiency at B2+ level.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Management in CS environment.

  • Very good knowledge of Google package.

  • High level organizational and leadership skills.

  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new things.

  • Availability to start on the 3rd June 2024
