Join us as a French speaking customer specialist!

  • you will be providing customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
  • you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
  • you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • you will communicate in French every day
  • you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
  • work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto

What are we looking for?

  • advanced spoken and written French skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
  • intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory
  • availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
  • availability to work 8 hours per day Monday until Saturday
  • good computer user skills (Mandatory)
  • ability to generate empathy in written form
  • good communication skills
  • customer orientation and troubleshooting
  • ability to manage time and meet goals
