  • Identifying and rectifying data quality issues

  • Ensuring adherence to established data quality standards

  • User Support:

  • Responding to user queries and requests related to data access and usage

  • Troubleshooting data-related issues faced by users

  • Providing guidance and training on data tools and processes

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Documenting data processes, procedures, and workflows

  • Creating regular reports on data operations and data quality metrics

  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation for data systems and tools

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 2+ years' professional experience in a data enablement or related data role

  • Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data integration, and CMS tools

  • Experience with data management, cleansing, standardization, and quality assurance processes

  • Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Genuine interest and passion for working with data and an eagerness to expand skillset

  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

  • Patient and approachable; able to convey complex concepts to a variety of business users clearly

  • Familiarity with Airtable, marketing platforms, and digital marketing channels is a plus

Starting salary between $61,800-$64,000
