Are you passionate about promotional products, creative marketing solutions, and global collaboration?

Join our Branded Merchandise team as a Specialist Promotions Management and help us deliver impactful promotional experiences across multiple international markets.

In this customer‑focused position, you will support end‑to‑end management of promotional product projects — from timelines and pricing to order execution and program coordination. You’ll work closely with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to ensure promotions are launched successfully, on time and with exceptional quality.

We offer a dynamic and fast‑paced environment where you will work with diverse international stakeholders across multiple functions. You will have the opportunity to shape creative promotional solutions that support various global markets. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotional product projects from initial brief to final delivery
  • Prepare client offers, coordinate timelines and process orders
  • Collaborate with finance, logistics, suppliers and account teams
  • Develop promotional collections and product assortments
  • Support monthly Non‑Food product calls with markets
  • Contribute creative ideas for upcoming promotions
  • Execute and maintain price pools

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Team‑oriented mindset and enthusiasm for cross‑functional collaboration
  • Interest in Marketing, Communication, and creative development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with international partners
  • Highly structured, process‑driven, able to deliver under time pressure
  • 1+ year experience in Wholesale & Foreign Trade, Logistics, or similar field
  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
  • Confident communication and strong presentation skills
  • Solid commercial understanding and ability to work with numbers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)
  • Experience creating creative concepts and customer presentations
