Job Description

We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

As an Internal Strategic Associate Consultant with a focus on Marketing & Communication for Product Experience Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful internal and external communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing communication initiatives aligned with key business objectives, strategies, and programs
  • Crafting clear and compelling messaging in collaboration with subject matter experts and topic owners
  • Supporting the end-to-end execution of integrated communication campaigns, including channel development, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Managing and continuously improving internal and external websites, portals, and online platforms – ensuring up to date content, intuitive navigation, and consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints
  • Analyzing website/user metrics and leveraging insights to optimize communication effectiveness across digital channels
  • Managing ad-hoc communication requests – particularly for Executive Board-related topics – in close coordination with the Product Experience Solutions team
  • Simplifying and structuring complex topics to produce concise, easy-to-digest content
  • Building strong relationships with corporate and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of internal and external events that reach diverse audiences

What you bring

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – ideally with a focus on Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with empathy, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across teams
  • Hands-on, execution-driven approach paired with outstanding process and project management capabilities
  • Experience or strong affinity for managing websites, intranets, or other digital communication platforms, including content maintenance and stakeholder coordination
  • Understanding of digital content formats, UX/website best practices, and platform governance principles is a plus
  • Curious, open-minded mindset and a true team player attitude
  • Working from the office in Hamburg is required
