What you´ll build

• Support initiatives that help make marketing activities more sustainable by improving transparency on CO₂ impact and supplier sustainability performance
• Contribute to programs that integrate sustainability into procurement decisions, including supplier sustainability assessments and industry trend analysis
• Work with procurement and business teams to analyze sustainability challenges in marketing services and help develop practical solutions
• Prepare insights, analyses, and visual materials that support decision-making and discussions with finance, sustainability experts, and internal stakeholders
• Help embed sustainability considerations into category strategies and procurement processes
• Monitor market and industry developments related to sustainable marketing and share key insights with the team
• Support reporting and documentation related to sustainability initiatives and performance metrics

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and data skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power Apps or data visualization tools is a plus
• Interest in sustainability, procurement, and how companies can reduce environmental impact in business operations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure information clearly
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

You enjoy working in an international team and are curious to learn how sustainability can be integrated into real business decisions. You are proactive, structured in your work, and comfortable communicating ideas and insights in a clear and visual way.

Where you belong

The Marketing Procurement Category Team is part of the Global Procurement Organization. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to shape global sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships across marketing services. Our goal is to drive value, innovation, and sustainability through procurement.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Sustainability Procurement expert and support initiatives that help integrate sustainability into marketing procurement decisions and supplier collaboration.
You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Sustainability Procurement Expert who is part of the Marketing Procurement Category team.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
